COACHES/TEAM CHECKLIST

This is your checklist of items to complete to prepare for the season. Once you are assigned as the Head Coach you will receive an introductory email and then periodic emails with requests to complete these checklist items.

YOU ARE OFFICIALLY LISTED AS THE HEAD COACH

To be official, you must be assigned by the League Office and added to the Main Website.  You will receive an email with the indication of your assignment.   More information is available here.

YOUR TEAM NAME IS ASSIGNED

Your team name needs to be officially accepted and added to the Official Website.  You will receive your official roster via email with your official team name once it has been assigned and if you are registered and added to the official roster as the Head Coach.

TEAM COLORS

This is a new thing we are going to try where you can request your jersey color.  Your first choice is not guaranteed as we need to make every effort to not have duplicating colors.

OFFICIAL ASSISTANT COACH

You are able to assign one official assistant coach where their child(ren) will be automatically added to your roster.  If you do not have one, that is fine just let us know at the office.  If you do have an assistant, let us know that as well.

YOUR PRACTICE EQUIPMENT

To make sure we have enough equipment in our inventory for the nearly 90 teams in the spring we need to know if you will need equipment for the year.  Like the other items on this page, you will receive an email with this request but if you miss it you can just send us an email to let us know what equipment you will need or if you won't need equipment.  More about Equipment Here.

YOUR TEAM PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Once you achieve these three requirements you will be able to schedule your practice times:

  1. Your team name is officially assigned.

  2. You are officially assigned as the Head Coach

  3. You have at least 10 players on your on your official roster.

YOUR TEAM SPONSOR

We need your team sponsor as soon as possible.  This will help us get you your uniforms to you early.  Here is more information about team sponsors.

COACHES MEETING

You should receive an email with the dates and times of the coaches meetings and you will also be asked to confirm attendance.  If you have not received this email, contact us.  More info about the Coaches Meeting.
